Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at Firehouse Cycles. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. The following returns policy applies exclusively to online purchases from firehousecycles.com. For information on in-store purchases and/or returns, please contact us at – firehousecycles@verizon.net.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days
The product is in its original packaging
You can provide proof of purchase for the product being returned
You have contacted us (firehousecycles@verizon.net) in regards to returning an item and received written authorization from our returns department. We are not responsible for any items you send back without obtaining written authorization to do so.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You must ship via a method that provides a tracking number, and provide the tracking number upon our request. We suggest using USPS Priority Mail, which automatically includes tracking and up to $50 insurance. We also suggest insuring your package to the full value of the items being returned, but we do not require it.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items and/or discontinued items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded. Please contact us for more information.
